Green Tea Ice Cream. Haagen-Dazs now makes it. I've never had the real stuff, but I love green tea and thought I'd try it out. It's definitely unique. Smokey and earthy--like the dehydrated green tea I once tried--with a purely sweet and unflavored after taste. I like it. I'll admit it took a few bites for me to decide if I actually liked it, but it strikes a nice contrast. I'm betting the real stuff tastes even better. On that same theme, I'd like someone to make rosewater ice cream. I once had these little, fluffy doughballs with the consistency of a marshmallow soaked in rosewater and they were absolutely delicious. I know they were Asian, but I have no idea what they were or from what country they were from. I shouldn't be eating ice cream, but it's not making me sick right now, so who cares?
