Well...

Today I found out that a guy I'd only been introduced to in passing committed suicide a day or two ago. Kinda makes you think. Lucky for me, the only people I've known to have untimely passings were either people I'd only met briefly or coworkers I didn't overly like. Not to be harsh, but I really didn't like the coworker, though he was kind and got me a birthday card before he died. Last time I saw him was when I came in for my shift; he died in a car accident a few hours later. It still makes you dwell a bit on where your life is going and if you're wasting it or not.
On a more uplifting note, my copy of Adobe CS3 Design Standard came today. That statement should be followed by 40 exclamation points, but as I've spent the last four hours working on an assignment in Illustrator and it's not coming out as planned, I'm kinda loathing it right now (in a good way).
I really should start posting random photos from my phone...

I got engaged a few weeks ago. You'd think I would mention that sooner, huh.
